"I dont feel like going to the gym..."

“I don’t feel like going to the gym...”⁣ ⁣ This is something that a lot of people say to themselves, including me!⁣ ⁣ I have now set my intentions to go to the gym atleast 3-4 times a week. ⁣ ⁣ So it’s all up to me now!⁣ ⁣ Getting the motivation to keep this routine up every week is hard, especially when I’m going after work and the last thing you feel like doing is exercise!⁣ ⁣ Changing the way you think about the gym can make a huge difference.⁣ ⁣ When you don’t feel like going to the gym, ask yourself these questions:⁣ ⁣ - Why am I going to the gym?⁣ - Who am I doing this for? ⁣ - How will I feel after the workout?⁣ ⁣ Answer those questions 💪🏼⁣ ⁣ Your body will thank you. You are treating your body to the exercise and movement that it needs and you will feel so much better afterwards!⁣ ⁣ “I AM going to the gym tonight!” ⁣ ⁣ Is what I’m now going to be saying to myself 😉💪🏼⁣ ⁣ #motivation #workout #gym #exercise #positivity
